All requests pertaining to the use of the Boardwalk Place facility must adhere to conditions of approval. Requests related to marketing, sponsorship, event support & sporting activities can be shared with directly related 3rd party groups/organizations for planning & approval purposes. Upon submission of an event application or business proposal, a $95 + HST coordination fee will be applied for up to 3 hours of event planning assistance (additional hourly rate $45 + HST).
